I love what I do, and I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside clients and fellow counselors in a variety of settings for nearly a decade. I particularly enjoy working with adults navigating the emotional complexities of real life — especially those dealing with chronic illness, high expectations, identity shifts, and burnout. My clients are often caregivers, high achievers, creatives, and sensitive souls who feel stretched thin — people who are used to keeping it all together, even when they’re struggling inside. Over time their own voice has become dulled- let’s help sharpen it, together.
This isn’t just something I trained for — it’s something I’ve lived.
My work with chronic illness isn’t theoretical or distant. I was already in graduate school when I received my diagnosis — and that experience reshaped everything. Navigating life with chronic illness while training to be a counselor showed me, firsthand, just how much the world overlooks or misunderstands what people carry.
I know what it’s like to feel unseen in your pain. To be praised for your strength when you’re actually exhausted. To crave someone who doesn’t just nod politely — but really gets it.
That’s why this work became personal.
I want to be a steady presence for people living with the complexities of chronic illness, burnout, and identity shifts — especially when the world around them doesn’t know how to hold that space. I want to offer a place where you don’t have to minimize, over-explain, or pretend. A space where your story is honored, and where healing doesn’t require masking your reality.
Because sometimes, what we really need isn’t fixing — it’s to be seen, heard, and held with compassion.
This work matters to me deeply. And if it matters to you too, I’d be honored to support you.
I’ve been doing this work for almost a decade — and I’ve had the privilege of supporting people in many different settings: hospitals, group practices, residential treatment, schools, and private counselor offices. Each of those experiences has shaped how I show up today: grounded, flexible, and deeply committed to meeting people where they are.
Here’s a bit about the path that brought me here.
