Virtual counseling gives you the flexibility to meet with me from wherever you are. It can be a great option if you live farther away, have a demanding schedule, prefer the comfort of your own space, or have physical limitations that make getting to an office more difficult. There’s no commute, no waiting room, and no need to rearrange your life just to make it to counseling.
