Good Faith Estimate Notice
Under the federal No Surprises Act, health care providers are required to give clients who are self-pay or uninsured a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges.
You have the right to receive an estimate of the total cost of counseling services before your first session.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the charge.
